• To remove or replace the integrated knee pads, first, turn the pants inside-out. Then, remove the middle section of stitching just above the knee pad with a pair of scissors or a seam ripper. Once that step is complete, turn pants right-side-out to access the knee pad through the hook-and-loop closure.
